Can i come with my hair shampooed?
We prefer to provide this service as shampoo and conditioning is included with every service. Exceptions include but are not limited to medical conditions and doctor’s orders.
Do you sell hair?
Yes, and No. We only provide luxury quality raw Indian hair to clients receiving an install upon request. We’ve now added hair options to our website! Once bundles are purchased, select your AkpanArtistry Hair+Bundle option to correspond with the hair you purchased. The cost of hair is required as a deposit for services requiring extensions.
Can i bring my own hair?
Of course! We’d love to provide your extensions, simply because we guarantee our own quality. However, if you have a brand you love, by all means… bring it! Just keep in mind, when it comes to services like color, the outcome is not always guaranteed.
Do you remove extensions?
Yes, if you have extensions currently installed please be sure to also schedule a “take down” appointment at time of booking.

YES! Our unconditional guarantee is that you receive the best service ever, or it’s free.
How can i expect my services to go?
Your service provider will consult with you at the beginning of service to find out your goals and preferences, and will make recommendations. She will let you know what to expect, and address any specific needs or concerns. During your service appointment you will be offered a beverage, your choice of musical selection, and a snack (as available).
WHat payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Apply Pay, as well as all major credit cards. Credit cards used must match the appoint holders identification. Except those under the age of 18. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Do you ACCOMMODATE late arrivals?
We pride ourselves on providing timely service to all of our clients. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, please notify your stylist as soon as possible. As a courtesy to other clients, a delayed start will forfeit the option for any add-on services
